Refund policy

At UNDO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery.

• If you wish to return an item, you must do so while the courier is still at your door.

• Once the delivery is completed and the courier leaves, no returns will be accepted.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Damaged items

• To request an exchange, please inspect your items and inform us within 48 hours from delivery.

• If eligible, the item will be collected, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are worn, washed, or altered in any way.

• Any request made after the delivery person leaves.

We encourage all customers to check their order carefully at the time of delivery to ensure satisfaction.
